Mr. Ramesh Suri
Chairman
Mr.Ramesh Suri is the founder of Subros. He has more than 50 years of experience in the automotive industry. He not only has created India's largest automotive air conditioning manufacturing unit but is also among the largest Maruti Suzuki dealership in the country. He has been the Chairman of ACMA, Northern Region and Vice Chairman of CII, Uttar Pradesh State Council.
He is the reason behind the success of Subros and is currently "Chief Mentor" for Subros Management Team.


Ms. Shradha Suri Marwah
Managing Director
Mrs Shradha Suri Marwah is an Economics Graduate from Delhi University and Post Graduate from London School of Economics. She comes from a Leading Business Family-Suri Group, which spreads into Hospitality (Lalit InterContinental Chain of Hotels), Auto Air Conditioner (Subros Limited), Telecom (Fibcom & Primatel) etc. She started her career with Reebok India before moving full-fledge with Subros Limited as its Managing Director, where she has been a critical part of Change Management and taken the company to new heights. As a Young Entrepreneur & Visionary Leader, she also drives the Telecom Business of the group and as a strategic move, acquired Fibcom India Limited.




Mr. D M Reddy
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Reddy is a mechanical engineer from IIT Chennai and a postgraduate from NITIE Bombay. He has behind him vast experience in the areas of operations, manufacturing resource development, research and development and technology absorption. Mr. Reddy started his career with the Forbes group in 1987, from there he went on to Blue Star then BPL and joined Subros in 2001. He is responsible for management of technology, business strategy and organizational development.




Mr. R. P Gupta
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Rajeev Paal Gupta is an Engineering Graduate from Delhi College of Engineering, with an industry experience of 26+ years. He has vast expertise in all functions including Quality, Engineering, Projects & Facilities, Plant Maintenance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Vendor Development and New Product Development.

He is responsible for manufacturing excellence and new product development initiatives, in addition to being the business manager for handling company's core business with Maruti Suzuki.
