Mr.Ramesh Suri,
Promoter & Chairman
Mr.Ramesh Suri is the founder of Subros. He has more than 50 years of experience in the automotive industry. He not only has created India's largest automotive air conditioning manufacturing unit but is also among the largest Maruti Suzuki dealership in the country. He has been the Chairman of ACMA, Northern Region and Vice Chairman of CII, Uttar Pradesh State Council.
He is the reason behind the success of Subros and is currently "Chief Mentor" for Subros Management Team.

Ms. Shradha Suri Marwah
Managing Director
Ms. Shradha Suri Marwah is an economics graduate from Delhi University with Masters in International Marketing & Information Technology from London, UK. She joined Subros in 2000 after a short stint with Six Continents, UK and Reebok India. She has more than 11 years of experience in Automotive and Telecom industries. She is a critical part of the change management process in Subros and is responsible for strategy formulation and deployment.


Dr. Jyotsna Suri
Dr. Jyotsna Suri is the Chairperson and Managing Director of Bharat Hotels Ltd. (“The Lalit” Brand). She is an alumnus of Lawrence School, Sanawar and a graduate in English honours from Miranda House College, Delhi University.

A multifaceted personality, she is a patron of art, culture, sports and education. She has been working closely with trusts like The Subros Education Society, Savera (a body doing work for the underprivileged), 24/7 women's Security (focuses on women safety & training), SEEDS (skills training and education for the needy), KHUSHI, DISHA, The Blind School and The spastic Society, to name a few.

Dr. Jyotsna Suri has been holding various portfolios with the industry associations namely- Chairperson of the FICCI Tourism committee, Chairperson of the CII's J&K Taskforce on the “Revival of Kashmir”, member of the International Executive Committee of the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) & Executive Member of Hotels Association of India.

She has been recognized in:

Mr. Yasushi Nei
Representative of Denso Corporation, Japan
Mr. Yasushi Nei, aged 57 years, is holding Bachelor’s degree of Economics from Kanazawa University, Japan. He has experience of more than 35 years mainly in the Overseas Sales & Marketing with Denso Corporation, Japan.

Mr. S.Nakanishi,
Representative of Suzuki Motor Company, Japan
Mr. S. Nakanishi, aged 63 years old is a graduate from the Faculty of Law, Doshisha University. He joined Suzuki Motor Co. Ltd., Japan in April 1971.  He has an experience of more than 40 years. 

Mr. P. Sabanayagam
Mr. P. Sabanayagam is 88 years old.  He is an I.A.S. (Retd.) and was recruited in the first batch of the I.A.S. in 1947. He held various positions in the State and Central Government of India since then. From 1971 till 1976, he held the post of Chief Secretary to Government of Tamil Nadu and thereafter as Secretary, Education & Culture, Government of India till 1980 and retired in August, 1980.

Mr. G.N. Mehra
Mr. G.N. Mehra, IAS (Retd.) is M.A., LLB and 76 years old. He had a distinguished career as a member of the Indian Administrative Service. He held top positions in the Government of India as Secretary Ministry of Industry (Department of Heavy Industry and Company Affairs) and Ministry of Information & Broadcasting. Before this, he was also the Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh. Mr. Mehra retired in June, 1992 as India’s High Commissioner to Canada.

Mr. Shailendra Swarup
Mr. Shailendra Swarup is 66 years old and is a renowned Advocate of Supreme Court of India. He has joined the Bar in 1965 and he is having more than 44 years of experience.

Mr. K. R Ramamoorthy
Mr. K. R. Ramamoorthy aged 70 years, is a senior banker, with over 45 years of commercial and banking experience in India. He was the Chairman & CEO of two of the leading commercial banks in India, Corporation Bank (1990-1997) and The Vysya Bank Limited (1997 & 2001). After his rewarding career in leading positions, he served as Advisor for CRISIL from 2001-2004. Mr. Ramamoorthy has now been consulting for commercial banks in India and other developing countries. He has served on the various Committees constituted by the Reserve Bank of India and the Indian Banks Association.
Prior to joining the Indian Banking Industry, he had rich career exposure in the Private Sector for nearly two decades, in pharmaceutical, entertainment, engineering and consumer product marketing organizations.

Mr. Ramamoorthy holds degrees in Economics and Law and is a senior Fellow member of the Institute of Companies Secretaries of India.

Mr. Hanuwant Singh
Mr. Hanuwant Singh, aged 60 years, is a graduate and a businessman. He has experience of more than 35 years in finance.
